Annual Conferences

Earth-Based Practices & Wisdom

Our Earth-Based Programs provide hands-on learning experiences that reconnect individuals with nature, heart, soul, and body. Rooted in Indigenous practices, and earth-based traditions that nurture all humanity. Through interactive sessions we empower communities with the knowledge and skills to live harmoniously with the Earth. By embracing ancestral wisdom and traditions, our workshops inspire a deeper connection to nature and foster a thriving, just, and regenerative world.

Caring Sustainability™

Our Caring Sustainability™ programs are designed to cultivate leaders who prioritize compassion, collaboration, and sustainability in their approach to creating change. Caring Sustainability™ is a caring consciousness that reconnects self, others, and nature with the desired outcome of balance and harmony. Through workshops, and experiential learning, participants explore caring leadership, emotional intelligence, and sustainable decision-making to lead with intention and purpose. By embracing Caring Sustainable™ practices, we empower individuals to co-create resilient, socially just communities, and deeply connected to both people and the planet.

At Head Over Heels for Caring Sustainability™, we believe sustainability and social justice go hand in hand. Our Social Justice Program is grounded in the values of Caring Sustainability™—interconnectedness, equity, and collective well-being.
We offer workshops, programs, and conversations that draw from diverse cultural wisdom and transformative leadership, empowering communities to co-create just and regenerative solutions. Rooted in intersectional leadership, we center the voices of those most impacted by systemic injustice and foster pathways for healing, resilience, and change.
